The INEX Sola MR2 mask provides the ultimate protection for both industrial and personal use. The ergonomic design, initially derived from the diving industry, ensures the mask provides an airtight fit, limiting any contamination. A tough thermoplastic elastomer makes for a strong and comfortable mask which never needs replacing, and is easily cleaned. The replaceable filter system, offering maximum protection, is both easy to use and cost-efficient.

FACE SEAL (Body): Most masks available are loose-fitting, allowing air to escape and enter at the top or along the sides of the mask. The INEX mask, thanks to its soft elastomer skirt, seals the face comfortably, preventing any air leaks.

MOISTURE PARTICLE SEPARATOR (Filter housing): A particle separating diffuser system uses an elaborate flow path that helps prevent moisture droplets from passing through the filter casing. Unlike traditional respirator filters, where the housing and fibre filters are combined, the INEX separator can be easily disassembled. Each piece can then be individually washed or sanitised for additional peace of mind, without affecting the fibre filter which can be replaced when needed.

Unlike regular mask filtration, RESPILON RFT filters provide 99.99% viral efficacy and allow for great breathability and user comfort. Further to the filter offering maximum protection, it’s cost-effective and 100% safe to use. The RFT nanofiber is composed of an electrospun Polyvinylidene-fluoride (PVDF), which is commonly used in the medical industry as it is non-toxic and non-irritating. This material is also hydrophobic (repels water) and oleophobic (repels oil), maintaining filtration efficiency if contact with these materials occurs. The Breathetex 140-P Filter is widely used as an effective filtration layer in the NEX FFP2 moulded respirator masks. The Breathetex 140-P is a mechanically bonded /needle punched non-woven product, composed of Virgin Polypropylene (30%) and Recycled Polyester (70%). The non-woven layer has the ability to attract and trap dust or foreign particles including protection against ‘droplets’ created during coughing or sneezing. This method of manufacturer creates fine pores enabling breathability and personal protection to the user.

Repels Oil and Water

The RFT Filter is hydrophobic (repels water) and oleophobic (repels oil), maintaining filtration efficiency if contact with these materials occurs.

State-of-the-art Technology

The ultimate feature of RFT filters is provided by a complex and highly effective structure of nanofibers set up in a diameter of 50 - 150 nanometers. This multiplex structure of nanofibers stops the smallest liquid or solid particles found in the air from entering or passing through the filter. In practical terms, this means that while using RFT filters you are protected from dust, smog, pollen, mites, mould, bacteria and other harmful particles.

Made from electrospun Polyvinylidene-fluoride (PVDF), a material commonly used within the medical textile industry was selected for this application on the basis that it is non-toxic and non-irritating. The electrospun material used in the filter produces long strands that are designed not to shed fibre, preventing ingestion or irritation.

Temperature and Humidity Resistant

The RFT filter is humidity resistant, maintaining its filtration efficiency in humid conditions. Respirators and masks are particularly vulnerable to high humidity conditions. The human breath is humid and the need for a tight fit between respirator/mask and the user’s face creates a sealed environment that increases humidity with every breath. An increase in humidity results in a loss of filtration efficiency and breathability. However, thanks to the RFT Filter’s resistance to humidity, filtration efficiency is maintained.
